This is a fabulous oceanfront vacation home
and with the new upgrades it makes this a gem on the beach.
The kitchen has been updated with granite
counters, new cabinets and all new appliances.
A new 42" flat panel with surround sound is
positioned in the great room to be viewed easily from the kitchen and dining
areas. If you would rather view the ocean and beach, simply look out the
sliding glass doors or walk out and sit on the wonderful screened porch.
There is also a gas grill outside of the screened porch for convenience.
Three bedrooms on the first floor accommodate
six guests. Two bedrooms each have two twin beds and share a common
bathroom next to the laundry room. The downstairs master with a full
bath is off of the living room with access to the screened porch.
Upstairs there is a wonderful game room with a
ping pong table and a full wet bar with a refrigerator. The wet bar
has two flat panel TV's for the sports enthusiast or you can look out the
window and watch the ocean. Wireless internet sources from this room. The
sofa is a queen sleeper in this room.
A separate upstairs sitting area, where there
are two double sleepers, also has a TV. On either side of this sitting
area there is a bedroom. One bedroom has two twins connected to a full
bath and the other has a queen with a half bath.
The master bedroom on the second floor, with a
King bed, has a small deck outside the sliding glass doors for a fabulous
view of the ocean. The master bath has a jacuzzi tub and a separate shower.
This area of the beach is very quiet and
beautiful. Come make memories at the beach and ocean by staying in
