Pool can be heated to approximately 85 degrees for an additional $500 per week plus taxes.

When weather is 45 degrees or below the pool will not heat to a swimable temperature. Season to heat pool is Mid March through December.

Great room- fabulous ocean views, beautifully furnished by interior decorator. Oak floors, gas fire place, TV, VCR, Bose stereo system with CD player, lots of comfortable seating.
Decks- Two levels of decks with beautiful ocean, beach and sunrise views. Plenty of chairs,  Carolina rockers and a picnic table. Hot & cold outdoor shower.

Updated kitchen- Stainless steel appliance, granite counter tops with cooks Island and seating for four. Two Sub zero refrigerators, microwave, oven, gas cook top, coffee maker, blender  and  toaster . Dining table for eight with ocean view, separate sitting or table with window bench and chairs for four in great room.
